Being attacked by a dog can be an extremely traumatic experience. Many breeds are capable of inflicting substantial damage on humans in an instant. Even small dogs can bite painfully and leave permanent scars. In California, the owner of an animal is strictly liable for any injuries the animal causes to humans.

Additionally, if the dog's owner is renting the property where the attack occurs, the landlord's property liability insurance will pay for the damages if the landlord has knowledge of the dog's "dangerous propensities".

We work with Board-Certified plastic surgeons who carefully examine any scars that remain after a client's bites have healed. The surgeon then prepares a recommendation detailing the cost of scar removal for the client to help achieve the maximum potential settlement for the dog bite victim.
