These cases involve a wide array of accident scenarios. Often the client has slipped and fallen due to spilled liquids inside a store or restaurant, or trips and falls due to uneven ground or a similar defect on someone's property. Whether inside or outside, serious injuries can result from falls onto a hard surface like concrete, wood or tile.

Liability in slip and fall cases is tricky, and often depends on proving that the defendant had reasonable notice that a dangerous condition existed on the premises but did nothing about it. Experts may be needed to examine the accident site, gathering the forensic evidence needed to prove that a dangerous condition did in fact exist, making the defendants liable for all the client's injuries and damages.
